Move In / Move Out Cleaning: VIBE will clean each unit after the departure of tenants and before the arrival of new tenants. The cleaning schedule will be set in advance according to the lease dates. The cleaning will be a full cleaning of all spaces within the unit and in the common building areas (hallways, stairs, communal washer/dryer areas, etc.). VIBE will ensure that the cleanliness of the units meet the required standard before new tenants move in or showings are scheduled. 

Regular Common Area Cleaning: Common area cleaning will be done bi-weekly according to a set schedule. This includes all areas that are outside of the units such as hallways, staircases, entrances, etc.
